I have rewritten the programs getmem.c/freemem.c. Besides, I modified
almost all *.f files so that g77 can compile them without grammer problem.
Until I realized that I could do nothing with some header files which
also have that address/pointer declaration. I can not go around this.
I am very sorry for not being able to port it to linux.
