Nope, the model will not output data on layers different than it's internal
representation. So any multilevel fields output of the model will be on
hybrid coordinates. The top several hybrid layers *are* pressure levels, but
undoubtably you want to look at surfaces > 63mbar, so to do that you need to
process your output data offline. Taking the output data from hybrid coordinates
to pressure levels (or any other vertical coordinate) is considered post-processing
activity. So take your favorite CCM output processing tool (CCM processor, NCL,
Yorick, IDL, etc) and interpolate the output vertically to pressure surfaces.

Both the CCM processor, and NCL have routines built in that will vertically
interpolate on hybrid coordinates to pressure surfaces. And it's really not
too teribly difficult to build your own routine for another tool...
