Hello all,

I am running CCM3.6.6 at T21 resolution, but I am concerned that I do
not have the correct values for namelist variables DIF2 and DIF4.

Section 2.4.2 (pages 35-36) in the CCM3.6 manual give an example T21
run. Apart from noting that DTIME=1800 seconds is appropriate for this
resolution, it also says "Resolution-dependent namelist variables that
should be changed are: DTIME, DIF2 and DIF4".

Some questions:

1. I have been using DTIME=1200 .. it has run ok, but should I still
change it to 1800s?

2. What are the appropriate values for DIF2 and DIF4?

3. If DIF2 and DIF4 need to be changed, why are they not altered for
the example in section 2.4.2?
