How to run ccm3.6.6 on Linux system ?

Hi !

     I want to run the ccm3.6.6 on the Linux PC . I tried to compile it
with the pgf77 compiler , but when it links , the -ltime could not find .
Could anybody tell me what is the -ltime options means ? And where and
how could I get that library ?
