Hi,

I notice that there is no ice information in topo.nc. But it seems to me
that in "definesurf -t topo.nc SEP1.T21.nc" topo.nc is the only
information used to get the oro of T21. Then how does the ice information
come from for T21 since oro, the surface type flag, needs ocean, land and
sea ice information? Thanks.
