Hi Wolfgang,
I'm not aware of any general purpose software for converting netCDF files
to CCM history file format. I'd suggest that your best option is to write
a very specific Fortran code to read the netCDF data (using the netCDF
Fortran API) and write the Fortran records in CCM history format. The
format is documented in the CCM3 User Guide (the format is unchanged from
CCM2 through CCM3.6.6).
