4. Changing the Model

4.1 Modifying the Code

If the user wishes to include modified code, a disk directory should first be created where all the modified code will reside. The file, Filepath, should have this new directory as its first entry (Filepath is created by the build script and therefore, should be modified in the script).  gnumake will first look in this user directory for files that need to be compiled.  Finally, the user should run the build script to create or update the model executable.
