What is it:             Same as file sst_jan78-sep93.nc but with 4 digit
                        years instead of 2 digit years in date field.
                        I replaced the file sst_jan78-sep93.nc with this
                        new one since users should be using 4 digit years.
                        This new dataset will give roundoff differences
                        compared to runs done with previous sst (2 digit
                        year). This is due to the fact that the sst routines
                        interpolate the ssts using real days calculated
                        from year*365.
