03.07 - Lists Mailman

CGD/IS maintains a listserv or mailman server for managing electronic mailing lists.
Anyone in the division needing a mailing list for scientific or staff related correspondence may request a list.

At the minimum will we need to know the following:

  • List name
  • List owner
  • List moderator (can be the same as owner or multiple moderators)
  • Initial password
  • Short description of the list

    • Once the list is created, you will be able to add members and configure list options.
    To request a list, send an e-mail to help AT cgd.ucar.edu
