The Great CGD Dust-Off of 2003
The servers were shipped over from CG 2 and left in a hallway
outside of the welding room near the loading dock.

They were then taken one at a time, opened up, and dusted off.
Special thanks to volunteers Andy Mai, Jim McCaa, Dennis Shea,
and Houjun Wang for helping in this dusty, dirty work.

Here are some of the dirtier disks:

The holes in this disk are supposed to be clear, but they are instead
100% obstructed with drywall dust. Click picture for larger image.

Here you can see a the place where someone ran their
finger across the board parts to highlight the dust.

Here's some dusty fans and power supplies.

This is CGD's tape backup device.

This is CGD's new Machine Room at the Mesa Lab. Look, it's clean!!!!
