Here are Mark and Nick switching the refrigerator door. For months, everyone complained about the door opening the wrong way and blocking the entrance. Everyone said how easy it would be to change the door so it swung open in a convenient way, but no one ever did it. Finally, Mark and Nick took the initiative and got it done. I took the picture to document a cold day in hell.
