Rather than providing datasets at several different resolutions (but not
all) we are providing code to interpolate the T42 datasets to any
resolution desired (both vertically and horizontally). The interpolation
codes come with the CCM3.6 and CCM3.6.6 distributions, however, to use the
interpolation you will want to use the CCM3.6.6 release.

The interpolation codes are under "ccm/tools" in "interpsst", "interpic" and
"definesurf". Look at the CCM3.6.6 users guide for more information on using
them...

"interpic" interpolates the initial condition (IC) datasets.
"interpsst" interpolates the SST dataset.
"definesurf" uses the high resolution topography dataset to create PHIS and
ORO fields for a horizontally interpolated IC dataset.
