Chuck Watson (see enclosed e-mail below) from Watson Consulting developed
paralleling my activities a PC ccm3.2 (we did practically the same
work at the same time). I compared also my ccm3.2 with HIS ccm3.2

My PC ccm3.6. was created when NCAR released the code, that was practically
1 or two weeks after "my" 3.2 was finished (but that time,
smile, work was much easier then with ccm3.2).

I found that the exceution time for Watsons ccm3.2 and "my" ccm3.2
was practically the same.

My PC ccm3.6. was created afterwards (that is: about 1 week after
NCAR released it).
The suggestions of Erik Kluszek NCAR
are gratefully acknowledged, also on behalf
of the IGCP-341 project members.

So: For the Watson ccm3.2 maybe you approach him directly.

(maybe it is also part of NCARs "old" correspondance of the ccm3
users group)

See enclosed e-mail.

Subject RE: Run CCM3 on ALPHA/DEC under Windows NT

Hello -

I'm running CCM 3.2 at various resolutions under NT 4.0 and 5.0 beta, on
a dual Pentium II/400, using DEC Visual Fortran 5.0. I used a Sun SPARC 10
first to set up some of the files; would be happy to share. What compiler
are you using?
