Has anyone performed scaling tests of ccm3 on a linux cluster? I am trying to
decide whether to purchase a 16-processor linux cluster with fast ethernet or
gigabit network. I'd like to know whether the much cheaper fast ethernet limits
the performance on up to 16 nodes. If anyone has performed a test of the
wall-clock time vs. number of nodes for a T42 simulation on a 16-node linux
cluster I'd appreciate seeing your results.
