Subject: Error Building and Compiling CCM3.6

Hey all,
I'm new at running this model so please don't shoot me if this is a repeat.
I checked the FAQ but was unable to successfully find an answer myself. I
have a build problem with CCM3.6 The error I get is below..
ld64: FATAL 12 : Expecting 64-bit objects:/yadda../libnetcdf.a is 32-bit.
gmake: *** [/yadda/CCM3/bld/../run/atm] Error2
Now I understand that the error comes in because it thinks that libnetcdf.a
is compiled as 32 bit. However, when I compiled the netcdf directories, I
specifically made sure that my C,CPP, and F flags were "-64". So, I'm not
sure if this is specifically related to the netcdf libraries, or some other
error in CCM3.6 that I am incurring. Has anyone experienced this error in
the past? If so, how'd you fix it?
Other info. Running on Octane dual R12000 with IRIX64 6.5.8. Thanks for
the help way in advance, and again, sorry if I didn't look hard enough in
the FAQ.
