how to convert netCDF to ccm history file?

Dear CCM-users:

I use ccm2nc to convert the history tape files to netCDF files, and
remove the history type files. However, I found I need the history files
to continue the run. Does anyone know how to convert the netCDF files
back to CCM history tape files?
