Hey,
Now that I have CCM up and running, I have run into another little problem.
I have successfully run the DOM version. However, the SOM version crashes.
The SOM version is what I am interested in. The crash occurs on line 132 of
somini.F, and I get an error that reads:
NCDERR: ERROR in file SOMINI:
Variable not found
IOT Trap
I dbx'd the core to get the line number of the crash in somini.F. It is
trying to read in the variable MLD (mixed layer depth). From the users
manual, I have attempted to make all the adjustments necessary to change
from dom to som, including changing the misc.h para to DEFINE COUP_SOM.
However, it seems there is something I might be missing. Could someone
please point me in the right direction? Thanks!
