Longitude location in CCM

I am currently checking some old code we have which uses
some CCM2 datasets. The problem I currently have is that
I am unclear what the range of each longitude box is.

The users guide states "Longitude indices start at Greenwich and proceed
from west to east around the globe."

At T42 resolution of 2.8125 degrees does this mean that the
first box is centred on Greenwich ie -1.40625 to +1.40625
or (as in the CTM I am using) is it 0 to 2.8125 degrees?

>From plotting the actual datasets with IDL
I think it is the former but if anyone could clarify
this for me I would be grateful.
