Hi.
Thanks you anybody for all yours questions and answers.
I want to set up CCM3 on PC using Linux
Already I installed the netcdf-3.4.9 and compiler
Fortran 90 of Portland Group. but to compile, send me the next error.

" atm: error in loading shared libraries:
/usr/pgi/linux86/lib/libpthread.so.0: undefined symbol: _mp_stackz "

I think that I have fallowed the suggestions .

Can anyone help or suggestion?
