Hi:

I've been making parallel runs and recently forgot to change
the CASE name in the run script. I'm thinking of making the
CASE name a namelist parameter rather than an env var. I would
be less likely to forget if it's in the inputs with everything
else.

At first glance, there would be only minor changes to data.F
to add caseid to the namelist and take out the getenv. Does
anyone see any reason not to do this? Would there be compications
I'm not aware of? Was there some special reason this was an env
var rather than a namelist input?
