A code to convert the IEEE CCM2 initial history tapes to Cray COS
blocked binary files was recently uploaded to CCM2 anonmymous FTP
archive under the name
ftp.ucar.edu:/ccm/htieee2cr.F
When targeting the ccm2 for execution on a CRAY platform, this utility
can be used to convert the IEEE boundary and initial data to COS
blocked format prior to executing the model. This FORTRAN code is
designed to be run on a Cray platform.
NOTE: This is an unsupported utility.
