Hello,
From your message, it sounds like you may be interpolating from T42
resolution to some other resolution. Make sure to run interpsst on the
STRsst2x2.nc file (in the tools/interpsst directory) instead of
the T42M5079.nc file (provided by the dataset distribution). Otherwise,
the minimum SST is set to -1.75 instead of -1.8, so there will be no ice.
