The NCAR Community Climate Model (CCM3)

The NCAR Community Climate Model (CCM3) is no longer supported, use the Community Atmosphere Model (CAM) for the latest model that includes limited support for use of the community.

May 27 1999: Unicos 10.0.0.3 "no such device" problem

UNICOS 10.0.0.3 "no such device" problem [posted 05/12/99]

If your Cray executable encounters fatal diagnostic "No such device",
replace option -Wl"-f indef" with -Wl"-f zeros" on your f90
and cc invocations.  Similarly, replace option "-f indef" with 
"-f zeros" on your segldr invocation.

This fix is a temporary workaround.  SCD has filed a problem report 
with CRAY-SGI.  There will be an announcement in this bulletin when
the change should be reversed.
